What We Believe
At Mountain View Presbyterian Church we believe in the uniqueness of Jesus Christ as the one and only Savior of the world, the authority of Scripture, God’s call to live a holy life in response to the grace He has shown us in Jesus Christ, and the responsibility of God’s people to be involved actively and sacrificially in mission both here at home and around the world.
What Worship Is Like
In Worship, we celebrate our Lord with biblically based, disciple-building, constructive, life-growing, and applicable preaching along with uplifting & inspiring music. At its best, worship touches every element of a person’s life. It enlightens the mind, convicts the heart, heals the body, touches the soul, and animates the will.
In worship, music is never presented as a performance for the congregation but as an offering of praise, thanksgiving, penitence, or petition to God. While worshipers are often caught up in the beauty of the music or the words, the purpose is not to bring attention to the musicians or singers but to point to the Creator who makes all things beautiful and enables us to be creative as well.

In-Person: Service starts at10:15am in our Sanctuary. We invite you to come early for coffee & donuts.

Streaming & On Demand on Youtube: We live stream our service at 10:15 am on Sunday. However, if you find that you can't watch then, please know that you can watch the service whenever you would like by visiting our Youtube channel.
Home Communion for Live Stream or On Demand
Online attendance for worship has become necessary and the norm for many. Participating online with Holy Communion is more than a simple extension of our worship gatherings, it is the inclusion of the viewer in practice of the Sacrament together in time. Whether or not you participate in this portion of the worship is your responsibility and decision. Ordinarily we celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month, except during the season of Lent.
